Choose a package

Have a look at the packages on offer and decide which one would suit your company and your budget. (If you cannot see a suitable package, we will customise a package specifically for your requirements.)

Fill in the Web Planner

Once you have chosen your package, you can then fill out the Web Planner online or if you prefer, we will email or post a Web Planner to you. That will give our web designers an idea about who you are, what you require from your website, your target audience etc.

Web Design begins

We'll then create a layout of how your website will look. We'll keep working on the layout with you until you are happy. Only when you are happy will we begin on the website.

The Launch

When you are satisfied with the website, we then add all your keywords for the search engines and launch it onto the Internet. We also submit your website in Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, All the web and ask.com and DMOZ.

Q. What do you require from me for my new website ?

A. We will require the Web Planner, any company logo’s that you may have, the content for each page, any photographs/graphics that you wish to use etc.

Q. How would you like the content sent ?

A. Ideally we would like the content in electronic format. We are equipped to accept most formats. Word, PDF, Quark, GIF, JPEG, TIF, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. You can email it (size permitting) or send us a CD, DVD etc.

Q. What if my content is not in electronic format ?

A. No problem, just send us the material and we’ll take care of it. Whether it’s printed brochures, typed documents, hand written notes, photographs, just pop it in the post to us.

Q. How long will the process take from start to finish ?

A. This will depend on how many pages the website is, how many alterations you make throughout the process and how quickly you return the Web Planner and content to us.

Q. I have a website already, can you redesign it?

A. Yes we can. If you have an old website that may look out of date, we can give it a complete makeover. The prices are still the same as we will be creating a new website and just using the content from your old website.

Q. I already have a website but need to change or add some new content?

A. We can also do that. Please email or call us with your required work and we will give you a price.

Q. Can the content be changed once work has started on the website ?

A. Yes, you may change the content as much as you like. All we ask is you don’t change the layout once it has been agreed.

Q. What is bandwidth?

A. Put simply, bandwidth is the amount of traffic or data that is allowed to transfer between your web site and the rest of the internet. So, the more people you have viewing your site, the higher your bandwidth will be. We offer unlimited bandwith.

Q. Who owns my FREE domain name ?

A. If we register a domain name for you, all the details will be in your name and you will own it. You will also be responsible for renewing it in a year’s time.

Q. What happens when your FREE hosting expires after a year?

A. You can then choose to either take out one of our low cost hosting packages and carry on hosting it on our servers or choose your own Internet Service Provider and host it there.

Q. Who owns my website ?

A. You own your website. Once you are happy with your site and payment has been received. We will send you a copy of your website.

Q. What is a template ?

A. A template is a pre-built website and when a customer comes along, a web design company just changes the logo and content to that site to create a new website so there will be hundreds of websites all looking the same. It is something that we don’t use. All our websites are specifically designed with you in mind.

Q. What is Flash animation ?

A. Flash animation is moving images, moving text and possibly sound, like on our home page.Although Flash animation isn't included in the price, we can offer it. Please contact us with your requirements.
